Well, everyone, we have more than likely the first case of the H1N1 in our family. Madeleine came home early today with fever, headache, and nausea. All of this when I am in the middle of a desperately needed paint of the downstairs. I hope that her illness isn't serious and more importantly that it doesn't spread. I kinda figure that it won't, but you never know.
On other fronts, Isabelle has a long 2 minute speech in the primary activity that we as a family might miss this Sunday due to illness. The twins also nearly ran me unravelled as their day at school on Thursday was a trip to the pumpkin patch. They were not their normal cheerful selves and we more difficult than usual. I think that their listening ears were lost somewhere in the patch.
Our host is an ... somewhat mitigated... disaster with the painting project that I mentioned previously. I hope to get some of it done perhaps tonight. Ohh, and while returning the babysitter's car, last night, the vehicle ran out of gas on a very busy side road. At least I have been able to laugh about life's little absurdities.

Painting and an illness. Yeesh. Good thing you have a doctor in the house, right? Seriously though, it is great to see pictures of the twins -- they are looking so much older than I remember!! Love to all. Tash
