Well, as you can tell, Camille and Jocelyn are ambulating upright now. It is enough to strike terror into the hearts of even the most battle hardened veterans of the conflict that is childrearing. As you can tell by the images as well, our little ones have learned to preen in front of the camera. They must have learned that habit from (cough, cough) Michelle and her side of the family (cough, cough). They walk so fast. They still have the zombie arms upright and still make the deep growling noises in their throats. I tell folks that I am been training them to be zombies in horror flicks or those urban fantasy TV shows, but my LDS friends don't seem to get it. All joking aside, I think that one of the by products of being the primary caregiver for them makes it so that they have tried to match my deep voice and have found their inner vampire or zombie along the way... Yay Team Allred! :D
I am still considering using the leashes and tying them together by the ends so that if they run off, they have to move in one direction. Only the common sense of hard floors and orthogonal running patterns leading to kids being pulled off of their feet have stayed by trembling hands.
I will try and get more photos up later today as well.
